• Use any photographs or images from this Site for personal, commercial, or editorial purposes

6. Client Gallery Access

Clients who receive a link to a private online gallery agree to:

• Keep gallery access credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorized parties
• Download images within the time period stated in their Session Agreement — the Studio is not obligated to maintain gallery access indefinitely
• Use images only in accordance with the license granted in their Client Service Agreement

Unauthorized access to, or redistribution of, password-protected gallery content may constitute a violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030) and applicable Georgia law.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. J KING IMAGES LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any content, including pricing, availability, or portfolio samples.
